Step 2. Enzyme Exfoliation with Steam
What was done: the HydroDiamond modality on the Zemits DermeLuxx PRO, paired with the Serum with Salicylic Acid (Zemits SalicPure PRO).
Why: combining diamond exfoliation, vacuum, and a hydro-peeling solution lets you finish the surface cleanse and work on the sebum-prone areas at the same time.
What happens in the skin: the HydroDiamond tip lifts remaining surface residue while the vacuum collects softened sebum and debris from the pores. The formula works on the surface at the same time:
- Salicylic acid distributes well in sebum and helps soften buildup in the pore openings.
- Aloe vera supports barrier comfort right after the mechanical stage.
- Ginger and turmeric extracts are botanical antioxidants that support a more even-looking tone.
What was done: removal of vellus hair.
Why: to even out the surface of the skin before the next stages of the treatment.
What happens in the skin: vellus hair adds to the surface unevenness and can partly hold back skincare products. Once it's removed, the skin looks smoother and the products that follow spread more evenly.
What was done: targeted manual extractions on congested pores.
Why: this step works best right after the enzyme and steam — the softened contents release with minimal pressure.
What happens in the skin: compacted buildup of sebum and keratin is cleared from the follicular openings. Once emptied, the pores look less full, and the T-zone surface looks more even and tidy.
What was done: an enzyme exfoliation with Dehaze Green Caviar Enzymes and steam, removed with a warm towel.
Why: to soften the surface without any friction.
What happens in the skin: the enzymes loosen the bonds between surface corneocytes without any mechanical friction, while the added moisture in the stratum corneum softens the surface and makes the sebum in the follicular openings more pliable and easier to release in the next step.
What was done: a cleanse with Bioelements Urban Undo.
Why: to lift the surface film.
What happens in the skin: the surface holds a mix of sebum, SPF residue, makeup, and fine environmental particles. While that layer stays in place, it limits even contact between the products that follow and the stratum corneum.
Step 9. Finishing Products
What was done: IMAGE The MAX Eye Cream on the periorbital area, followed by OxygenCeuticals Couperose Cream and OxygenCeuticals TP Sunscreen.
Why: to lock in the result of the treatment, support skin comfort, and provide daily protection after an intensive service.
What happens in the skin: the hydrating and protective ingredients help maintain the integrity of the stratum corneum, and the SPF closes the protocol by protecting the skin from UV radiation.
Step 8. Oxygen Finish and Blue Light
What was done: an application of Bioelements Oxygen Barrier Serum, followed by a contact-free oxygen dome paired with a 10-minute session of blue light.
Why: to close the treatment with a contact-free stage that supports the serum already applied and rounds out the final care.
What happens in the skin: the oxygen stream works over the layer of serum already on the skin, maintaining a localized oxygen-rich environment at the surface. The blue light works on photobiomodulation logic: it interacts with light-sensitive structures in the outer layers of the epidermis, supporting the appearance of blemish-prone skin and a calmer-looking tone.
What was done: ten minutes of cold therapy with the Zemits ColdRestore, paired with a dense, even layer of the conductive gel with Peptides, Zemits FirmingGenius PRO.
Why: to deliver controlled cooling after the more intensive stages and support skin comfort.
What happens in the skin: controlled cooling helps ease the feeling of warmth after the more intensive stages. The conductive gel keeps contact with the applicator even, while the peptides and aloe in the formula support surface comfort — and the skin looks calmer, with pores appearing less noticeable.
What was done: three minutes of cold plasma with the Zemits EvoPlasm.
Why: after all the mechanical steps, cold plasma closes out the cleansing stage before the treatment moves into its recovery-focused phase.
What happens in the skin: cold plasma works without direct contact and without heating the tissue. After the mechanical steps, it supports a cleaner-looking surface and creates favorable conditions for applying the products that follow
